WIGUP Terms of Service

1. Scope & Acceptance

By using the WIGUP website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Orders & Fulfillment

  • Product Availability & Order Approval: All items listed as available are ready to order. If something is sold out, it will be clearly marked on the site. On rare occasions—such as inventory errors or simultaneous purchases—an item may become unavailable after you check out. If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or policy violations.
  • Orders are confirmed via email and processed according to our Shipping Policy.
  • Payments are captured at checkout.
  • Order processing typically takes 1–5 business days.
  • International orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). You are responsible for any import duties, VAT, and customs fees.

3. Payment, Prices & Taxes

  • Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept secure payments via credit card, debit card, Shopify Pay, and other listed options at checkout.
  • Sales tax is applied where required by law.
  • Import duties and taxes are not included unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all applicable import fees.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the product cost only (minus original and return shipping fees).
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return.

5. Intellectual Property

  • WIGUP owns all intellectual property, including designs, images, logos, and site content.
  • Use of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • WIGUP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or clearance issues in your country.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
  • All disputes will be handled in the courts of England & Wales.
