How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order dispatches. You can use it to track your order. Alternatively you can log into your ‘my crown Room’ where you will be able to track your order and see all your order history under ‘my crown files’. Can’t find it? Check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us at support@wiguphair.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — WIGUP proudly ships worldwide, including Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, North America, Asia, and more. You can find full delivery details and region-specific timelines on our Shipping Policy page.
Do I have to pay customs or duties?
WIGUP ships Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means import taxes, VAT, and customs duties are not included at checkout. You may be contacted by your local customs office for payment when your parcel arrives. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office about any charges before placing an order as doing so means you have accepted payment responsibility of any charges that may later occur.
What are the UK shipping options?
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £4.99: 2–4 working days (for orders under £100)
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Free: 1–2 working days (for orders £100 and over)
- Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM – £13.99: Next business day (order by 3PM, or 10AM on early closing days)
I’m based in Africa or the Caribbean. Can I order from WIGUP?
Absolutely. WIGUP ships to Africa, the Caribbean, and Central America using trusted couriers like Royal Mail and UPS Express. Shipping options are automatically shown at checkout based on your location. You can also find full region-by-region rates on our Shipping Policy page.
My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive my package. What now?
If your parcel shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Double-check your delivery address and check around your property or with neighbours.
- Contact the courier using your tracking number.
- If you still need help, reach out to us at support@wiguphair.com within 3 Business Days of the delivery scan, and we’ll assist you further.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us at support@wiguphair.com immediately with your order number and the correct details. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it for you.
What happens if I refuse to pay customs charges?
If you refuse to pay duties and the parcel is returned to us, we’ll deduct the original shipping fee and any return costs from your refund. If your order is abandoned or destroyed by customs, we won’t be able to refund you.
Do you offer local pickup or in-person collection?
Currently, WIGUP is online-only, and all orders are shipped via trusted couriers. However, we’re exploring studio experiences and pop-ups in select cities soon — stay tuned!
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can’t be cancelled once they’ve been dispatched. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, email support@wiguphair.com right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
Can I return my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, all WIGUP products are Final Sale and non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If there’s an issue with your item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel at support@wiguphair.com with photos and your order number.
