We want to be completely transparent about shipping especially for our international customers.

WIGUP currently ships all international orders DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means that import duties, VAT, and any customs clearance fees are not included in your order total, unless clearly stated otherwise. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority, not WIGUP or our couriers.

By placing an international order, you agree to take full responsibility for any additional custom duty and import tax charges applied by your country’s customs.
We strongly recommend and advise checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid surprise charges.
