Answer: Both, but not in the usual way. Our mix-blend combines the ease of synthetic with the softness and movement of human hair. It’s luxury made simple and made to last.

Question: How long do your wigs last?
Answer: With proper care, our synthetic and blended wigs can last between 6–12 months or more, depending on wear frequency and maintenance. Our human hair units can last even longer.

Question: Can I heat-style WIGUP wigs?

Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Question: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Answer: At WIGUP, all sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our wigs and in line with hygiene standards, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, if there’s an issue with your order or your crown arrived anything less than perfect, please reach out. We’ll always do our best to make it right.
